My experience at this spa: I went with a friend. The service was very pleasant. First, we were taken to a private changing room with a shower and bathroom (a luxury). We then moved on to the bubble pool, which, although small, was very pleasant. The only problem is that there are more people and using the central jet for other users is quite uncomfortable, as it splashes a lot. It has a sauna and Turkish bath, as well as hammocks and different showers that alternate between hot and cold water. The best part was the massage, which was spectacular. Without a doubt, if you're looking for an intimate spa, this is it. The location is also fantastic, as you're close to the Ribera market, and you can take a stroll around the area.
First time at the establishment, new, well-maintained, and with very friendly staff. A spa circuit with a 60-minute massage for two. The massage was very well-delivered, and although the circuit is small, it's long enough to relax.
Simplemente perfecto y recomendable
Traducción
Wonderful, and Isabel makes it even more wonderful with the relaxing massages she performs. A place full of relaxation and tranquility. Sauna, Turkish bath, cold shower, bubble pool, and a relaxing massage. Simply perfect and highly recommended.

A pleasant experience, very good service and treatment. The spa circuit is customizable according to each person's preference. The massage therapists are very professional; they gave us a relaxing massage, and we noticed the effect immediately. Thank you, Letecia and Gorka.

David gave me wonderful service. He was a very pleasant professional who showed me around and made some recommendations. The place was clean and pleasant. If it were up to the person who answered the phone, this review would have been very different.
Pequeño spa pero limpio y cuidado. Buenos masajes.

Small spa, but clean and well-maintained. Good massages.
The spa, a bit small but adequate, is the hotel's own. The massage guy is a real find, a 10/10!
It was a very pleasant experience and excellent service. A friend and I went on a spa circuit, and at the last minute we added a massage since they were offering a 30-minute relaxing massage at the spa. I highly recommend Gorka. He left me feeling like a new person.
The tea was also very good, the masseuses were very professional, and the location was great. It was a blessing to be alone.

Although the pool is a little small, it is a very good place and well maintained.

The Spa is very small. More than 4 people in the pool seems like a lot to me. It has a sauna and Turkish bath, both excellent. Also an area for contrast with a shower and a bucket. We had a massage and it was great. The only thing we didn't like is that they left us a changing room with a bathroom and shower with a hairdryer, which is great, but there was no way to leave it closed and we left our belongings there. That area is attached to the gym so anyone can come and go and enter any locker room without problem. A key would be nice for users' peace of mind.

A wonderful experience, one I'd definitely repeat. The relaxing massage is a highlight because it was exceptional. Despite its small size, it's very cozy, and the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The only drawback is that although belongings can be left in a bathroom and access to the spa is "controlled," it's unsafe, and lockers would have made you feel more secure.

I went on Sunday with my partner. They didn't have our reservation on file, there were no lockers available, the spa is very small, there were two other couples, and we were in each other's way. The worst part was that they made us leave the locker room without finishing dressing. I had to put my slippers on in the hallway and leave with wet hair. A disaster. The staff weren't very helpful; you could tell they were tired and out of sorts.
The management of this place is lamentable!!! We bought a Groupon voucher, but they're impossible to contact. They have to call a thousand times... They say they'll call us back... When we finally get an appointment, they notify us, right when we're already there, that the massage appointment has been canceled due to problems with the person giving the massage. I don't recommend it unless you want to waste your time and money!
No recomendable..
Traducción
The pool... consists of two jacuzzis and only one jet. The bathrooms are used as changing rooms... without any lockers, hangers, or hooks. Not recommended.
